§ 118.077 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TEMPORARILY LOCATED. The continuous location and operation of an amusement or public entertainment at any one place for a period of less than six months.
