The City Clerk is hereby authorized to issue licenses to the parties and for the purposes aforesaid upon the person, persons, company or companies executing a bond to the city in the penal sum of $1,000 with two sufficient sureties, conditioned for the faithful observance of this subchapter and the Charter and ordinances of the city.
