§ 118.072 EXEMPTIONS.
   This subchapter shall not extend to any exhibition by the pupils of any private or public school, or to any musical entertainment given by the members and for the benefit of any resident musical society, or to any exhibition of painting, engraving, sculpture of fine art displayed by any citizen of the city in the course of his or her ordinary business, or to any concert or musical entertainment, fair, festival or lecture for the benefit of any church or benevolent object where the entire proceeds of the concert, musical entertainment, fair, festival or lecture shall be given to the church or other benevolent object, or to any game of baseball, cricket, lacrosse, football, tennis or other games or amusements managed and given by any resident association, club or company where the entire proceeds of the game, amusement, entertainment or exhibition shall be wholly received and given for the benefit of the resident association, club or company.
