§ 118.059 WINDOW RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   (1)   Where there is a window, or windows, in the room or place, at least the lower one-third part of the window or windows shall be of clear glass, and shall not be screened or curtained at any time of the day or night, nor shall there be any article or thing in the rear of the window or windows its to prevent a full, clear and unobstructed view of the room or place.
      (2)   No enclosed box or stall or private room and no partitions forming boxes or stalls or private rooms shall be permitted.
      (3)   There shall be no interior door or entrance and the door or other doors entering the rooms or places shall have therein a section of clear glass sufficient to afford a clear view of the room or places from the outside.
      (4)   All billiard rooms or pool rooms or bowling alleys shall have a floor space of at least 400 square feet, and shall be kept in a clean and sanitary manner.
   (B)   None of these provisions, however, shall be construed to prevent the maintenance of wash rooms or toilet rooms for proper purposes, or the maintaining of closets for store purposes exclusively.
