§ 118.055 INTOXICANTS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person or persons, firm or corporation licensed as prescribed in this subchapter shall permit or suffer the sale or possession within the billiard room, pool room or bowling alley of any habit-forming drugs or any appliances for administering the same, nor permit nor suffer the sale or possession in the aforesaid rooms or places of any intoxicating liquors.
   (B)   The phrase “intoxicating liquor” shall be construed to include alcohol, brandy, whiskey, rum, gin, beer, ale, porter and wine, and, in addition thereto, any spirituous, vinous, malt or fermented liquors, liquids and compounds, whether medicated, proprietary, patented or not, or by whatever name called, containing one-half of 1%, or more, of alcohol by volume, which are fit for beverage purposes.
