(A) No person or persons, firm or corporation licensed as prescribed in this subchapter shall permit or suffer any gambling to be carried on in the licensed premises, nor knowingly employ in carrying on the business any person, who has been convicted of a felony, nor permit or suffer any child, actually or apparently under the age of 14 years, to play billiards or pool or to bowl on the licensed premises, or to be or remain in or upon the premises unless accompanied by the parents or guardian of the child, and it is hereby made the duty of all proprietors, owners or managers, licensees or anyone connected with the licensed premises of operating or maintaining any commercial billiard parlor to ascertain the correct age of any person subject to the regulation by this section. A violation by a licensee of this requirement shall be the basis for a suspension and revocation of his or her license.
(B) A person less than 14 years of age may be permitted to play in the bowling alley between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
