§ 118.004 ISSUANCE OF LICENSES AND RELATED FEES.

   (A)   Upon meeting the above requirements, the City Clerk is authorized to issue a license upon the payment of the following annual fees.

 

Distributor	$200
Owner	$50
Each machine or device	$25

 

   (B)   The applicant must also pay for any inspections by the Director of the Department of Public Works which were necessitated in the processing of the application.
