§ 118.002 LICENSES REQUIRED; DISPLAY.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful and punishable as a misdemeanor for any person, in either capacity as a distributor or owner, to allow the maintenance and/or distribution for the purpose of operation any mechanical game without having first procured a license for the device pursuant to the provisions of the City Code of Ordinances.
      (2)   It shall be the joint and several duty of the owner(s) and/or distributor(s) to post the license or licenses permanently and conspicuously at the location of the machine in the premises wherein the device is to be operated and maintained.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful and punishable as a misdemeanor for an owner to maintain any mechanical game without first obtaining a license for the commercial establishment, store, or place where the device is being maintained or operated.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful and punishable as a misdemeanor for any person to act as a distributor of mechanical games without first obtaining a license as a distributor.
