§ 116.006 LOCATION RESTRICTIONS.
   No hawker or peddler within the limits of the city shall pursue his or her vocation of hawking or peddling upon Bismark Avenue, or upon Joseph Campau Avenue between the south line of Newton Avenue and the Michigan Central Belt Line Railroad in the city, or upon any other street in the city where congested traffic conditions exist, if requested by any police officer, or other duly authorized officer of the city, to refrain from pursuing his or her vocation on account of the congested traffic conditions.
