(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999.
(B) Motorcycles. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by the ordinances of this governmental unit, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of §§ 112.001 through 112.007 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by both the fine and imprisonment.
