§ 112.001 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOTORCYCLE. Every motor vehicle designed to travel on not more than three wheels it contact with the ground and includes motor scooters and bicycles with motor attached.
