§ 72.053 PARKING TIME LIMITS.
   Parking a vehicle in a designated space in a parking meter zone shall be lawful for the period of time specified for that zone as shown by a sign on the meter or by one or more signs posted along the street in sufficient number and of sufficient size to apprise the ordinarily observant person of the existence of the limited period within which lawful sparking can be had along and upon the street. The parking meters shall be operated in the parking meter zones as designated by Council resolution. Parking of a vehicle in any parking meter space for a period longer than that allowed by the sign shall be deemed to be illegal and a violation of this subchapter.
