A person shall not park a vehicle on any parking lot open to the public for the purpose of doing any of the following:
(A) Displaying the vehicle for sale;
(B) Washing, polishing, greasing and repairing the vehicle, except for repairs necessitated by an emergency;
(C) Displaying advertising;
(D) Selling merchandise from the vehicle except in a duly established market place or when so authorized or licensed under the ordinances of this governmental unit; and/or
(E) Storage for more than 48 continuous hours.
