§ 53.003 SIDEWALKS ON PAVED STREETS.
   When any street shall be paved, the sidewalks shall be raised or lowered to conform to the lines and grades that shall be officially established and as required by the Department of Public Services, under whose direction all sidewalks shall be constructed and repaired, and shall be relayed to the proper grade when so officially established.
