§ 34.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999.
   (B)   Authority of Fire Marshal to inspect. Any person, firm, partnership, association, company or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 34.015 through 34.018 or any of the rules, regulations or orders lawfully promulgated or adopted herein, or failing to comply with any lawfully written corrective orders issued by the Fire Marshal, any inspector of the Fire Prevention Division, or any authorized representative shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or to imprisonment in the Wayne County Jail for a period of not more than 90 days, or to both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation of §§ 34.015 though 34.018, or of any rule, regulation or order is continued or permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense punishable upon conviction in the manner prescribed in this section.
