(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999.
(B) Civilian crossing guards. Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of §§ 33.040 through 33.046 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not to exceed $500 or imprisonment for a period of not to exceed 90 days, or both a fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
