§ 33.046 UNLAWFUL TO IMPERSONATE CIVILIAN CROSSING GUARD.

It shall be unlawful for any person not duly appointed and sworn in as a civilian crossing guard to impersonate the officer, or to wear, carry or display the badge, designated dress or insignia, of the civilian crossing guards.
