There is hereby adopted by the Village the 2017 National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) as hereinafter amended (hereinafter the "Electrical Code"). At least one copy of the 2017 National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) has been on file in the office of the Village Clerk for a period of at least thirty (30) days prior to the adoption of these provisions and remains on file in the office of the Village Clerk and is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein. Any reference to the Electrical Code in Hampshire is the 2017 National electric Code 2017 Edition. (Ord. 22-27, 10-6-2022)
