Junior firefighters may be included for coverage through the town's participation in the Atlantic County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund or similar coverage. If, however, the local volunteer organizations desire to pursue the formation of a junior program, then they must submit a draft copy of their proposed bylaws for review by the Atlantic County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund or other carrier designated by the town. This requirement is to ensure that there will be no problems with insurance coverage.
