Subject to the exceptions provided for in § 275-15, the applicant for a tie-in under this article shall pay to the Water Superintendent an application fee in accordance with the following schedule:
A. Filing fee: $50.
B. Plan review fee:
(1) Eight-inch or less line: $0.10 per foot; over eight-inch line: $0.15 per foot; minimum charge of $250 for over eight-inch line.
(2) Water supplier storage facilities: a deposit of 2% of the engineer's estimate of costs.
C. Inspection fees for supply, storage and/or plumbing facilities and distribution facilities: a deposit of 6% of the engineer's estimate of costs.
