Editor's Note: Former § 247-28, Critical area, and former § 247-29, Curbs and sidewalks outside of critical area, both adopted 4-24-1989 by Ord. No. 12-1989, were repealed 9-27-2010 by Ord. No. 22-2010. This ordinance also renumbered former § 247-30 as § 247-28. A person convicted of violating any provision of this article shall be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days.
