§ 241-28. Violations and penalties.

   A.   Any person, firm, corporation or association violating the terms of this article, whether as principal, agent or employee or another, shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court of the Town of Hammonton in the County of Atlantic, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days.

   B.   Each and every violation of this article and each and every day that any provision of this article shall be violated shall be construed as a separate and distinct violation thereof.

   C.   The violations and penalties set forth in this § 241-28 are inapplicable to violations of § 241-19(B), § 241-20(A)(8) and § 241-20(A)(11), as these sections already contain separate penalties for a violation.
