Any person, group of persons, corporation or other organization of any kind or description, or any member, agent or servant thereof, who holds any event covered by the provisions of this chapter without a permit or violates § 85-5 of this chapter shall be prosecuted in the Hammonton Municipal Court and shall be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days.
