§ 79-5. Application filing date.

[Added 6-28-1982 by Ord. No. 12-1982]

All applications for the devices or machines specified in this article shall be filed with the proper authority no later than the August 1 immediately prior to the term specified in § 79-3; provided, however, that an application for any part of the calendar year specified in § 79-3 may be filed at any time.
