§ 25-28. Collection action.

The Fire Department shall have the discretion to forward any unpaid bill (outstanding for more than 60 days) to the Town Solicitor for appropriate collection action, including, if necessary, judicial enforcement in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of New Jersey. The Hammonton Fire Department reserves the right to collect costs incurred through collection enforcement.
