Attached hereto, incorporated herein and made a part hereof as Exhibit A is a schedule of fees and costs which have been authorized by the governing body of the Town of Hammonton to be charged by the Hammonton Fire Department. These fees and costs may be charged or invoiced to any person, entity (or their respective insurance carrier) to whom emergency services were rendered. It shall be the stated policy of the Town of Hammonton to refrain from seeking reimbursement from individuals in the event that their insurance carriers fail to provide reimbursement. In that case, the debt will be deemed uncollectible. It shall be permissible to increase the costs of the line items set forth in Exhibit A by application of the annual Philadelphia-based Consumer Price Index. 1
