Any person adjudged guilty of a violation of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to one or more of the following: a fine of not more than $1,000, imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days, at the discretion of the Municipal Judge of the Town of Hammonton.
