§ 51-12. Legislative findings.

The Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Hammonton takes notice that it is in the interest of the public health, safety and welfare for the Police Department of the Town of Hammonton to maintain a K-9 Corps for the protection of the person and property of the people of the Town of Hammonton.
