A. Wherever counsel is retained pursuant to this chapter, and said services pertain to the defense of punitive damage claims only; the attorney defending the same individual(s) as to the compensatory damage claim, if any, shall be designated as the lead counsel.
B. It is also agreed that all attorneys involved should, where appropriate, confer and plan defense strategy in order to obviate overlapping, duplication and other redundant services.
