§ 125.04 PARKING BY FIRE HYDRANT.

Taxicabs may stop or park their cabs within the fire hydrant no parking zones of the city, provided that the driver of the taxicab shall remain in his or her cab at all times while so parked and be prepared to move the taxicab immediately in case of an emergency.
