§ 124.04 EXCEPTIONS.

   This chapter shall not apply to any person or retail establishment required to obtain a license under any other existing ordinance as of this date, including but not limited to the following categories.

   (A)   Amusement devices;

   (B)   Pet shops and catteries;

   (C)   Auto dealers or used auto dealers;

   (D)   Drug stores;

   (E)   Drive-in restaurants;

   (F)   Food markets or food peddlers;

   (G)   Itinerant restaurants;

   (H)   Peddlers, hawkers or transient vendors;

   (I)   Hotels, rooming houses or inns;

   (J)   Ice-cream parlors;

   (K)   Pawn brokers; and

   (L)   Secondhand stores.
