§ 123.30 AIDING OR ABETTING VIOLATION.
   For the purposes of this chapter, any person who shall willfully and knowingly aid or abet in the commission of a violation of this chapter, or who shall counsel, encourage, conspire, hire, command or otherwise procure a violation to be committed may be charged and convicted in the same manner as if he or she were a principal, either before or after the principal offender is charged or convicted. Upon this conviction, he or she shall suffer the same punishment and penalties as are prescribed in this code for the punishment of the principal.
