(A) Whenever the Human Relations Commission conducts proceedings to determine the rights or liabilities of particular persons, proceedings conducted to determine these rights and liabilities will be conducted in conformity with I.C. 4-22-1-1 et seq.
(B) Judicial review of the proceedings or the application by the agency for judicial enforcement of its orders shall be in conformity with I.C. 4-21.5-1-1 et seq. Where I.C. 4-21.5-1-1 et seq. requires notice to be served upon the State Attorney General or requires the participation of the State Attorney General, the agency or party seeking review or enforcement shall instead give notice to the Commission Attorney or the Commission Attorney shall participate.
