§ 121.39 INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   The Board of Health shall cause an investigation to be made of the premises, described in the application for a pet shop or cattery license, for the purpose of determining the fitness and suitability of the premises for that business from the standpoint of public health and sanitation. The premises shall at all times be subject to inspection by the Department of Public Health at all reasonable hours.
   (B)   All pet shops, catteries and buildings used to house the business of small animal dealers shall comply with regulations of the Department of Public Health relating to ventilation, floor space, and general sanitation.
