(A) No person shall engage in the business of operating a pet shop or a cattery without first having obtained a license therefor.
(B) Any application for pet shop or cattery licenses shall be made in conformity with the requirements of the City Controller. The application shall state the following information.
(1) The address;
(2) Description of the premises;
(3) The number of animals which are proposed to be kept in the establishment or on the premises; and
(4) Any other information the City Controller may require.
