§ 121.35 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CATTERY. An establishment or premises where cats are kept for sale, exchange or sporting purposes.
   PET SHOP. Any establishment or premises where animals and birds are kept for sale as pets, and where more than the average of 3 animals or pets per month are sold for profit.
