For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
KENNEL. Any lot, premises or establishment wherein any person engages in the business of boarding, breeding, buying, letting for hire, training for a fee or selling dogs and cats, or where three or more dogs, cats or other household domestic animals at least 3 months of age are kept.
