§ 34.227 TERMS.
   The terms of the Commissioners shall be 4-year staggered terms, with initially 2 terms expiring December 31, 1985; 3 terms expiring December 31, 1986; 1 term expiring December 31, 1987 and 3 terms expiring December 31, 1988.
