§ 34.150 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established, pursuant to I.C. 36-7-12-4, a Department of Economic Development, which shall be under the control of a board of 5 members, which is also hereby created. This Board shall be designated and known as the Economic Development Commission.
