Upon written notification to the grantee by the city, the franchise granted herein shall be deemed automatically amended to include any more favorable terms or conditions of any other franchise granted by a municipality within the county to the grantee, except where the more favorable terms or conditions are due to the larger number of street miles or the greater number of housing units contained in the municipality.
