§ 114.21 CHANGE OF LOCATION; DISCONTINUANCE OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   If any person licensed under this chapter shall, at any time, change the location of his or her place of business, he or she shall again file with the City Controller a new application for a license under this chapter to do business in the new location, which shall be handled as outlined in this chapter.
   (B)   Anyone holding a license as an automobile dealer who discontinues business for a period exceeding 30 days will automatically relinquish all right or interest in a license issued under this chapter. The license shall, ipso facto, be revoked by the Mayor, without any further action on the part of the City Controller or the Licensing Committee on Automobile Dealers’ Licenses.
