§ 113.27 INSPECTION OF GOODS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person operating a business, as provided in § 113.25(A), to refuse permission to any officer or member of the Board of Health to inspect the stock of goods, wares or merchandise or to hinder in any way that person from making an inspection.
   (B)   Any person operating a business as provided in § 113.25(A) shall, upon request of any officer or member of the Board of Health, produce to the officer or member satisfactory evidence that the stock of goods, wares or merchandise is free from contagious or infectious diseases, and if this is not satisfactory, shall thoroughly disinfect the stock of goods, wares or merchandise before selling or offering for sale any part thereof.
