§ 113.06 FICTITIOUS BIDS.

It shall be unlawful for any auctioneer to procure any person to make a fictitious bid at any auction sale of real or personal property, to conspire with any person to make a fictitious bid at any auction sale, to knowingly permit any person to make a fictitious bid at any auction sale, or for any auctioneer to fictitiously raise any bid himself or herself at any auction sale.
