§ 113.03 RIGHT TO RETURN PURCHASED PROPERTY.
   The purchaser at an auction sale of any personal property shall have the right to return it to the auctioneer at any time within 5 days from the day of the sale, if it is not of the quality represented to him or her, and the auctioneer shall return to the purchaser the price of the article. Should the auctioneer refuse to do so, he or she shall be liable to punishment as provided in § 10.99. If the place of sale or the place of business of any auctioneer shall have been closed at any time during the 5 days, for the purpose of avoiding an officer to return any article so sold, the auctioneer shall be deemed a violator of this section.
