§ 112.087 INVESTIGATIONS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to designate some member of his or her force to make an investigation of any owners or operators of recreational parlors, pool rooms or billiard halls whom he or she might have reason to believe are not conforming to the provisions of this subchapter or any other ordinance or law pertaining to their operation. An officer shall investigate any recreational parlors, pool rooms and billiard halls for any violation of this subchapter on information given him of the violations.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police to make a monthly report to the Licensing Committee upon his or her findings.
