§ 112.086 RELOCATION OR DISCONTINUANCE OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   If the licensee shall, at any time, change the location of his or her place of business, he or she shall again file with the City Controller a new application for a license to do business in the new location, which application shall be handled as outlined in this subchapter.
   (B)   Any person who may hold a license as the owner or operator of a recreational parlor, pool room or billiard hall and who discontinues business for a period exceeding 30 days shall automatically relinquish all right or interest in the license. The license shall ipso facto be revoked by the Mayor, without any further action on the part of the City Controller or the Licensing Committee.
