No games of skill shall be permitted unless the operator of such game, upon request by any police officer of the city can demonstrate that he or she can succeed in playing the game at least once in 50 tries. Any 1 game shall be required to make such a demonstration to a police officer only once during any carnival run. Each game of skill is required to visibly post instructions or rules for the playing of the game.
