(A) The Mayor of the city is hereby authorized to select 2 members of the Board of Redevelopment Trustees, 1 to serve for a term of 3 years and the other to serve for a term of 4 years from the date of appointment.
(B) The Judge of the Circuit Court of the county is hereby requested and authorized to nominate 1 member of the Board of Redevelopment Trustees, who shall be appointed for a term of 2 years from the date of appointment.
(C) (1) The Common Council is hereby authorized to nominate 2 members of the Board of Redevelopment Trustees.
(2) One shall be appointed for a term of 1 year, and the other shall serve for a term of 4 years from the date of appointment.
(D) The Judge of the Circuit Court of the county and the President of the Common Council are hereby directed to transmit their nominations to the Mayor of the city in writing.
