§ 34.075 ESTABLISHMENT; RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   There is hereby established a board of 5 members to be known as the city’s Redevelopment Commission, pursuant to I.C. 36-7-14-3.
   (B)   No more than 1 member shall reside in the same Councilmanic district.
