§ 34.065 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Board of Public Works and Safety for the city.
   (B)   The Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint a Board of Public Works and Safety for the city, in accordance with I.C. 36-4-9-5.
